SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We ship to any address in the UK.

When you place an order, we will dispatch your order within 2-3 business days but will aim to dispatch within 2 business days. If there are any changes during busy seasons, we will always inform you of our delivery timescales on our website.
​
We usually send out our items via Royal Mail Tracked 48 but do use other couriers for larger orders. Please allow 2-4 working days, after dispatch, to receive your order.
​
Please note, we do not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
The shipping rates for our items are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

The delivery timescales are an estimate, we cannot guarantee any delivery service.

Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Policy
​
Upon receiving your order, please check the Size, specification and quality before you personalise any of the products, as we cannot provide a return or refund for worn, printed or processed garments.
​
No credit or refunds will be made for decoration costs or time.
​
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
​
Returns Process
​
To complete your return, please email us at info@sublimationandcraftwholesale.com with your delivery note or proof of purchase, order number and photographs of the item in FULL, front and back, showing no personalisation or alterations have been made, within 14 days of delivery. We will then confirm the returns address to send the items back to.
​
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, it could take up to 2 weeks for the refund to show in your account. If it has been more than 2 weeks, please contact your bank or credit card company in the first instance, if you still do not receive anything then email us at info@sublimationandcraftwholesale.com.

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (other than for faulty and defective items).
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do recommend sending your returns using Signed For or Tracking, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item/s.
PLEASE NOTE, GOODS RETURNED TO OUR WAREHOUSE WITHOUT BEING AUTHORISED MAY BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU.
Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please call us or email us before the items have been dispatched. If they have already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns shipping process above.

Customised Pre-Order Items

Please note, once payment has been made for customised orders, we are unable to accept a cancellation or refund, as these items have been specifically ordered and made for you. If you receive a faulty or defective item, please refer to the Faulty and Defective Items section below.
Faulty and Defective Items

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. WE CANNOT ACCEPT WORN, USED, SOILED OR PRINTED GOODS.

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please email us at info@sublimationandcraftwholesale.com with the delivery note or proof of purchase, order number and photographs of the item in FULL, front and back, showing no personalisation or alterations have been made within 5 days of delivery.

We will be unable to offer a return once 5 days have passed since delivery.
​
Sale/Clearance/ Won items
​
Only full priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds
